Vintage HUGE 2 3/4" without bale...beautiful carved shell cameo brooch & pendant.  RARE SUBJECT....Vesta Goddess of the Hearth....accompanied by a winged cherub...moon ...stars.  very detailed realistic carving.  Carved in high relief on an irregular domed helmet shell...white on taupe background.  Elaborate rope mount accented by leaves...heavy....hallmarked...925 sterling silver with a gold vermeil..  Old C-clasp.  HUGE...measures a full 2 3/4"  x  2 1/8".  In excellent condition.  REDUCED
