Pretty, small and delicate, a vintage cameo by Giovanni Apa in Italy. The setting is sterling, 925 is stamped on the loop which the chain goes through and the chain itself is marked 635 which is a slightly less silver alloy. The cameo is framed with a thin gold braid, don't know the content of the gold.
- My dear aunt bought this for me on one of her world travels probably between 1975 and 1985, don't recall for sure. Haven't worn it in years but someone should enjoy this little treasure.
- The chain is only 15 inches in length, which is one reason I don't wear it any longer, too short for me now.
- In lovely vintage condition. Stored in its original box.
