Vintage Genuine Cameo Pin Brooch Necklace Pendant Van Dell 14 Kt. Gold Overlay

This vintage Cameo can be worn as a pin or a necklace.  The Cameo comes in the original Van Dell case which also states 14 Kt. Gold Overlay, and the pin is marked on the inside Van-Dell 14 KGF.  There is a sticker inside the case stating Genuine Cameo. The necklace chain attachment does fold up to use with a chain or folds down when wearing as a pin. The gold around the Cameo is a twisted design.  The pin could use a little shining.  The case is velvet on the outside and velvet and satin on the inside.  I see no damage to the Cameo, the pin back is straight and hooks securely.  I see no damage to the case.
