Vintage and RARE Moby Dick Chowder Bowl Rockwell Kent Vernon Kilns Maroon USA

You are bidding on a vintage chowder bowl designed by Rockwell Kent and made by Vernon Kilns USA in the Moby Dick pattern. The bowl is maroon in color and measures 6 5/8" from handle to handle.
This pattern in this color was made from 1939 to 1942 and is very rare!!!
In great condition for its age but we do want to mention the SMALLEST chip on the handle - see photo - not where any food would be served - otherwise no chips or cracks.  All of the photos are of the actual item in this listing.
Shipping is by the USPS priority mail with full insurance.  We DO NOT charge a handling or packing fee so if you think shipping is too much, it is because shipping rates have gone up over the years.  Also remember that shipping is calculated by zones, weight and dimensions so if we are across the country from you, shipping is higher.  Sorry we don't set the prices, the post office does.
