Mid-century Philodendron by Vernonware Vernon Kiln. (Metlox). Made 1942 through 1958. Cream colored with leaves (Melinda shape) with art deco lines.  Marked Philodendron Vernonware, California, USA, Underglaze, Hand painted). Beautiful, antique condition. What's available?
