Gayfer and Company of Mobile Alabama.  It depicts scenes from the Mobile Mardi Gras; the Bellingrath Gardens; Bienville Square; Springville College; Barton Academy and Mobile Bay.  The plate is 10 1/2" across and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
