    very nice unrestored 100% original Massachusetts license plate.  1926 issue, number 423-415.  this plate is completely straight and flat and retains a magnificent amount of its original blue paint.  1926 is the second-toughest paint year for Massachusetts, just behind 1929 - sometimes it seems that the blue on these plates will turn gray and then brown just from being looked at!
    unfortunately, this plate cannot be used for the YOM program, as the number is rattling around in the system.  still an extremely lovely plate for your collection or garage to display along your 1926 vehicle.
