8 Ounce Bottle  M-3
Used to Antique or Darken Brass, Copper, Bronze, Steel or Zinc. Easy to apply and causes no dimensional change. Gradual color change lets you control the color.

on Lacquered Brass or, Brass Plated, or nickel plated surfaces.(Results are not guaranteed). This is a non-refundable item.
DIRECTIONS: USE ONLY PLASTIC UTENSILS-
To use it, you must have metal with no clear coating on it. Acetone or stripper will remove the coating. Rub the piece down with #0000 Steel wool, and clean it well with paper towels and acetone making sure you do not touch it with your oily fingers. You can then brush on the darkening solution or soak the parts in it until they turn black in color. They are then rinsed with water and wiped dry. A secondary rinse with a solution of baking soda and water is also recommended to neutralize the acetic effect on porous metals. Polish lightly with a soft clean cloth, Highlight with "0000" steel wool, desired.
