antique cameo brooch pendant 10k flawed

Description

antique cameo brooch pendant10k flawed.
total weight is 4.56 grams
cameo is 1"x 3/4"
This needs a real good cleaning ( it is  dirty)  and it has a flaw on the left side
I did not notice it until that much until I held it into the light, now I notice it all the time
This is not in perfect condition,  broochclasp is also not working properly
clasp is marked 10k
I do not think that the pendant hinge is 10k but the rest looks and appears to be
if you purchase this and are not happy or something else is not correct with it, I will refund 100% no questions asked
I am downsizing items that I have had over the years and have done nothing with
