    ANTIQUE SIBERIAN HUSKY ART PRINT - BEAUTIFUL ARTWORK
    This is beautiful vintage print which was carefully removed from a 1953 book featuring art by Edwin Megargee.
    The print measures approximately 8" by 11" and is in very good condition.

    Edwin Megargee is best known for his portraits of purebred dogs. His animal portraits truly
    showcase each animal’s personality. In the tradition of the pure-bred dog portrait, his dogs
    are typically posed to show off how they conform to the breed standard.
    Megargee also painted horses, cattle and cock-fighting scenes. The running greyhound logo for
    the Greyhond Bus Co. was designed by him. Several of his game-shooting scenes appeared
    in "Field & Stream" throughout the 1940s-50s.
    Item will be packaged in a plastic sleeve, with a thin piece of cardboard, and with very stiff cardboard...very sturdy!
